SP 03 - Automated Solution Prep System

SP-03 is designed for any laboratory that requires a variety of formulations and a range of solution volumes.  The dispense method is independent to the density of the source thus no special sources or source containers are required.

SP-03 consists of

  • 3 automated measurement cylinders of 1mL, 100mL, and 1000mL volume.  

  • 6 source input for each cylinder (18 sources total)

  • Over head mixer designed to accept destination containers of various sizes (15ml Conical tube, 100ml - 5L bottles, 5L to 20L carboys.

  • Heated plate

  • On-board embedded PC for controlling the system

  • Software to run user created procedures and recipes
