M-Series Reactor System:

A Novel Multi-Channel SBS Format Automated Pressure Reaction System

REACTOR SYSTEM

M Series reactors are novel microtiter plate pressure reactors with injection and sampling under-pressure capability.  Designed for use with glass inserts, vials and round bottom tubes, the M-Series adds versatility to your high-throughput workflows that cannot be found elsewhere.

Reliable Injection & Sampling

Using a standard 16 to 22-gauge needle, the SI injection/sampling valve is designed to withstand pressures up to 34 bar (500 psi) at 200 °C. With a proven track record on the P-48 reactor system, this low dead volume (1.5 uL) valve has been adapted to the microtiter plate format for unparalleled versatility in your high-throughput screening experiments.

EXCEPTIONAL PROCESS CONTROL

Each system can be customized to include multiple isolation or pressure zones across a microtiter plate, increasing your screening efficiency with each experiment.

SOFTWARE

Starting with an easy-to-use software interface, the user has the power to control the M-Series manually, run an automated process that is created using a drag and drop editor, or switch back-and-forth as needed.  The data from each experiment can be conveniently exported to .xml, .json or .csv formats and processed using your software of choice to readily integrate into your existing workflows.

APPLICATIONS

Catalyst Screening/Process Optimization/Kinetics

These versatile pressure reactors are ideal for studies where multiple injections or sampling from each plate location is desired. The unique design of the M-Series does not rely on septa-like elastomeric seals which need to be pierced to inject or sample. Repeated injections or sampling can be performed without loss of integrity which makes the M-Series ideal for catalyst screening studies, process optimization, and on-deck kinetic investigations.
